Applications of Takamisawa Relays and Raychem Chip Ceramic Capacitors

The Fujutsu Takamisawa relays is an electromechanical part that opens or closes contact with the help of electromagnetic force. They are known as an energy-saving switching element and do not use any standby power. When it is not operating it shuts off the electric current. Most of the devices have a huge application of relays.

The relays work on a simple switching mechanism and are carried out with the help of an electromagnet. Generally, it can only be used in places, where one signal is used to control multiple circuits. On the other hand, the Raychem Chip Ceramic Capacitors is a form of electric device which stores the energy in form of an electric field. The capacitors consist of two metal plates separated by a non-conducting substance.

Let’s have a look at the applications of Raychem Chip Ceramic Capacitors:-

The capacitors are available in a large variety of capacitances, voltage ratings, and sizes. It is also non-polar and can be used as a general-purpose capacitor.

They are even used in coupling and filtering. Coupling is a process where the circuits are linked together. The capacitors are attached to the resistors and inductors to create a filter to transmit a signal of a particular frequency.

They are used in brush DC motors to reduce the radio frequency noise.

Now let’s look into the applications of Takamisawa relays:-

Relays provide time delay functions. They are a very important character in providing safety critical logic. It can detect and isolate faults during transmission and reception.

They can control high voltage functions with the help of low voltage signals.

The overload relay is an electro-mechanical device that can safeguard motors from overloads and power failures. They can easily control the current spikes that may damage the motor. The thermal overload relay is the most widely used one as a bimetallic strip in it, turns off the motor.

These products have high-end industrial applications and well-known for their efficiency.
